Goat Head's Soup



If we got chance to travel to Iran, one of the best local menu we should try is goat head's soup or in Persian language 'Kaleh Poche'. This soup is made from goat's head & legs and served with their traditional bread. It's also very delicious if we have it as breakfast or 'bruch' (breakfast + lunch) especially during autumn or winter coz it would cause us uncomfortable if taken during summer due to hot weather. We can find the restaurants that sell this menu at many corners of the towns.

p/s : the picture beside, however is not taken from Iran. It was taken when I wanted to cook the same soup nearly two months ago..
